While SAP client is up and running the following message pop ups. "(-1) Critical cache refresh failure" and the application close.
The issue occurs randomly on some clients.
We are running SAP Business One for HANA PL09 HF1 AND HANA Server rev 69.

Based on your screenshots, it is apparent that you have completely customized your objects.
More than likely, the root problem is associated with these customizations. Please provide a sample model and 'all customized' extensions for review.
If you have a support plan, it may be best to open an incident so that you can work directly with a technical support engineer.

If a call this with SELECT * FROM "PMX_FN_TEST"( 123 ); there is no problem and my 123 is returned.
But if I call it with SELECT * FROM "PMX_FN_TEST"( NULL ); I get an obscure error:

We do use shipments to aggregate multiple deliveries, but we use WM and the packing is done at the delivery level in the TO.
That solves some situations where I want to consolidate two pallets, I'll try that thanks.

Hi Gurus,
I have created a new tax procedure which has the condition type JCVS.
Condition type has no routines attached to it and the condition record is maintained which is also valid.
I have also assigned the tax code to the company code in SPRO > Logictics general > Tax on goods mvmt > India > Determination of excise duty > Asssign tax code to company code.
However when the tax code is applied to a PO the condition type JCVS is not appearing and in analysis it shows Condition record exists (removed manually).
Please advice what will be the reason.

I suggest rather than using a lookup code, why dont you use standard transformation functionality of "Read from master data" type. Just map the PERNR field to all these fields and read from master data of 0EMPLOYEE. Just give it a try. Use transformation rule of "Read from master data"

Check the reports before the upgrade like below.
1) Run the reports in BI for a particular user having authorization and other user having full access
2) Run the reports in BO same as like above. ( Complexity will be more if your BO is using BICS).
After the upgrade, check the above is working as per the expectations.
Most important to check the prompts/ variables values for the users. after the upgrade, we faced issues as BI authorizations are not extended for BICS even though PAM say supported

Once I installed SAP GUI 7.30 on my Windows 7, Saplogon.exe is no longer there. Instead what I have is Saplgpad.exe. Executing that app will bring the same screen with no edit capabilities.
I think its controlled through Regedit. Don't know the right settings/values in Regedit to make it editable.

We are getting navigation not possible error while creating Travel Expenses.
Recently our system was upgraded from EHP5 to EHP6.
We have copied standard launchpad and we have assigned that custom launchpad role to the user.
We have debugged the method NAVIGATE_TO_OBJECT in class CL_FITV_NAVIGATION and came to know that in the code launchpad value "ESS" is hardcoded.
Please let us know how to proceed further to get our custom Launchpad Parameter into that method?

While doing return GR system automatically picking batch "A" it is not editable.While posting system throwing deficit stock for the material XXX for the batch "B".Here issue is why system is picking batch "B" even though we are trying to do return GR for batch "A" through 122 movement type.
No batch is filled in the PO.

Why after creating delivery without happening PGI the STO is disappearing in stock requirement list. This effecting Net reqmt calculation.
I want to know is there any MRP configuration we missed for STO-delivery or any SAP issue.
